# Voice

> Pick the voice your agent speaks with. Each voice comes with the speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech models it runs on, managed by Bananaflow.

Every agent speaks with one voice. A voice is a complete, Bananaflow-managed setup: it brings the transcriber that listens to the caller, the LLM that writes replies, and the speech engine that speaks them. You do not pick or configure these models one by one, and usage is billed to your plan.

## Change an agent's voice

1. Open the agent and go to **Settings**.
2. Open **Voice & conversation**.
3. In the **Voice** section, select **Change voice**.
4. Filter by gender, accent or language, or search by name. Play a preview to hear a voice before you pick it.
5. Pick a voice and save.
6. Publish the agent for the new voice to take effect on live calls.

The **Voice** section lists the languages the selected voice speaks. If an agent has never had a voice picked, it uses the default voice.
